Heat-resistant installation wire with PTFE insulation. The insulation is made by winding a thin PTFE film onto a copper core. The core is made of stranded copper. MGTF wire is used for in-device installation of electrical equipment at rated voltage up to 250 V. Operating temperature range: from -60 to +220°С.
Note!
The wire has a darkened copper core due to the manifestation of oxides.
The test piece was successfully tinned with an activated flux.
Considering that the wire was produced back in the days of the USSR, such a phenomenon takes place.
