Breadboard for assembling a step-up DC-DC converter on the MC34063 microcircuit. This microcircuit has a built-in switch operating up to 1.5A, which eliminates the need to use external transistors when operating at low power.
When assembling this board with the specified component ratings, it has the following characteristics:
Input voltage 4.5 - 5.5V
Output voltage 11.5 - 12.5V
Output current up to 60mA
If necessary, the ratings of the components can be recalculated and other characteristics of the converter can be obtained.
Board size 40 * 20mm.

    Чтобы получить на выходе 9 вольт 200 ма какие номиналы резисторов следует пересчитать?

      Нужно изменить токоограничительный резистор, резистивный делитель, так-же увличить сечение дросселя. 
      Вы можете воспользоваться калькулятором из интернета для примерного рассчета. 
      К примеру вот таким MC34063A. Калькулятор DC-DC преобразователя.
