Thermally conductive paste (thermal paste) is a multicomponent plastic substance with high thermal conductivity, used to reduce the thermal resistance between two contacting surfaces. Thermally conductive paste is used to replace the air between the surfaces with a medium with a higher thermal conductivity. It is used in electronics to remove heat from power circuit components and reduce the temperature gradient inside the blocks. Thermal paste TM-1-TU30G does not dry out after prolonged use and has a 7.9 times better thermal conductivity index compared to the well-known KPT-8.
