Thermally conductive insulating substrates made of silicone rubber and fiberglass. They have a high coefficient of thermal conductivity. Placed between the heatsink and housings of powerful semiconductor elements, processors or Peltier modules to improve heat dissipation.
Thermally conductive insulating substrates are made of polymerized silicone rubber and are reinforced with glass fibers, which ensures their high thermal conductivity.
